How long is the implementation time?
We designed our Onboarding Services so that in one agile month you can start adopting Craft. During this first month we will also make the necessary adjustments for your first version.
How are future modifications made?
For the continuous evolution of the solution, our Ongoing Services methodology allows us to quickly implement modifications. Each monthly sprint includes planning, development and progress demonstration.
What is the minimum number of users?
You can start with 5 users as a minimum. All companies are welcome to join Craft, regardless of their size.
How are the usage contracts structured?
We invite you to work under an annual contract, but you can terminate the service at any time. We only ask that you notify us in advance so we can make an orderly delivery of all your information.
Where is all the information stored?
Our solution is hosted within AWS services. All information associated with your operation is secure and belongs to you. You will always have access to your data.
