Terms and Conditions

Service agreement between CloudCode and the client or subscriber of the Craft service.

General Information

This service agreement between Cloud Code and the client or subscriber governs the terms and conditions of access to the Craft service. By accepting these terms, the user is assumed to be legally authorized to represent the client or subscriber and agrees to be bound by this agreement.

Access to Services

Services

Cloud Code will make the services available in accordance with this agreement and the applicable service order(s) and documentation. Cloud Code will make all reasonable commercial efforts to keep the services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during:

  • Planned downtime (Cloud Code will notify the subscriber at least 30 days in advance)
  • Any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Cloud Code's reasonable control

User Accounts

The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and accounts, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Use Restrictions

The subscriber may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the service
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the service
  • Copy, distribute, sell or sublicense the service
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Intellectual Property

Cloud Code retains all rights, title and interest in and to the service, including all related intellectual property rights. The subscriber does not acquire any rights to the service except the limited right of use established in this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cloud Code be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.
