Terms and conditions for the CloudCode Craft Ongoing Services.

General Scope

CloudCode will maintain a continuous evolution program to address requirements on the Craft platform or solution during the time detailed in the respective Service Order or Purchase Order. The service will be deployed using the Designer module of the Craft Solution.

Scope Elements

The following platform elements will be part of the solution evolution scope:

  • Configuration and customization of workflows
  • Development of integrations with external systems
  • Creation and modification of forms and views
  • Configuration of business rules and automations
  • Adjustments to reports and dashboards

Dedicated Instance

Each company subscribing to the Craft solution will have a unique instance, named for the exclusive use of enabled users. All elements agreed upon in the Service Order can be configured in this instance.

CRECE Methodology

The service is executed under the CRECE CloudCode methodology, which guarantees:

  • Monthly evolution sprints with defined deliverables
  • Planning meeting at the start of each sprint
  • Demonstration and review of progress at the end of each sprint
  • Updated documentation of all implemented changes

Client Responsibilities

For the proper development of the service, the client commits to:

  • Designate a project manager with decision-making authority
  • Provide timely access to required integration systems
  • Validate and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Actively participate in planning and review meetings
